Brunello

The Brunello grape variety is a clone of Sangiovese and is one of the best known and most expensive wines of Italy. Brunello is often compared with Pinot Noir and has smooth tannins and ripe fruit driven character. Brunello has high tannin content and high acidity which allows it to pair well with grilled meat and game.
